WebCartics provides e-commerce development, CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor development, Shopify and Magento development, mobile app development, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are agreed separately in a written proposal or agreement.
Project quotes are based on the requirements shared with us. Changes to scope may affect timelines and cost. Payment terms, milestones, and invoicing schedules are defined in the project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period noted on the invoice.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and any content or assets needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you as agreed in the project contract. WebCartics retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components. Third-party software and licenses remain subject to their own terms.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebCartics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our work often involves platforms such as CS-Cart, Shopify, Magento, and various payment and shipping providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of these third-party platforms.
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
